The share of Alcid Investment Limited was relisted on the BSE, Bombay Stock Exchange on the 29th of October, Tuesday.

The price for the listing of the shares was 2.25 lakh. However, during trading, it increased by 5 percent and reached the price of Rs 23,6250.

In July of this year, the stock was a penny stock at only the amount of 3.21 rupees. The trading on the shares has been stopped.

Actually, as per the circular issued by BSE on the 21st of October, certain investment holding firms (IHCs) were relisted.

Alcid Investments was one of the companies. In the past, the Promoters of Alcid Investments voluntarily offered the delisting of shares for an initial price of 1,61,023 per share.

A special resolution was drafted to accomplish this. Others included names such as Nalwa Sons Investments, Kalyani Investment Company, Haryana Capfin, TVS Holdings, SIL Investments, GFL, Maharashtra Scooters, and Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation.
