₹44 Share Has Announced That Its Subsidiary

Reliance Power Ltd (NSE: RPOWER): Anil Ambani’s stake in Reliance Power is flying like an eagle in a down market.

Reliance Power Becomes Debt-free

Anil Ambani’s company Reliance Power has announced that its subsidiary Rosa Power Supply has repaid the total due amount, Rs 485 crore Singapore in Singapore to Verde Partners.

The company claims that it made a total prepayment of Rs 1318 crore. In addition, Rosa Power Supply has become a debt-free entity.

This means that the business has now become debt-free. Rosa Power Supply resolved the debt of Rs 833 crores in September.

Rosa Power operates a 1200 MW thermal power station that is powered by coal, located in Uttar Pradesh. Rosa Power obtained an amount of around Rs 1000 crores in the year 2022 from Varde Partners.
