According to the filing on the stock exchange of the company Udayshivakumar Infra Ltd has created 3 joint ventures along with KMC Construction Limited (KMCCL) to tender to bid for National Highways Project Works under EPC mode in Karnataka.
The three joint ventures have been successful in winning the auction and are now one of the bidders with the lowest prices (L1).’ These projects have been awarded under engineering, procurement, and construction mode and include road widening work.
The share of Udayshivakumar Infra Ltd has seen a gain of more than 53 % so far this year. However, the share of the company has surged over 61 % over the past year.
Details Of The Projects Received
One project received by the joint venture is worth Rs 366.19 crore. In this, a 36.5 km stretch on NH-69 is to be widened. The second project is worth Rs 299.19 crore, in which two lanes are to be widened on NH-150A.
48 kilometers have been covered through this program. At the same time, the third project received by the joint venture is worth Rs 391.92 crore.
In this project, a 60.2 km stretch is to be widened. The time frame for completing every project is 24 months.
